Business model & offer strategy
A hard look at what you sell, to whom, and for how much, and where the real opportunity is hiding.
When the fix isn't a task. It's the plan.
Sometimes the dream is bigger than the business as it's built. We go back to the model, the offers, the positioning, and we bring the team that executes all of it. And the prices are on this page, not behind a call.
A hard look at what you sell, to whom, and for how much, and where the real opportunity is hiding.
Turning what you're great at into offers people actually want to buy.
The words and the story that make the right customer feel like you were built for them.
How the new thing reaches the world, sequenced so it actually gets done.
Not a slide deck of advice. The hands to build the marketing, the systems, and the software behind the plan.
We stay in it with you, from the whiteboard to the version that's actually working.

Parenting the Spectrum came to us with a tutoring idea and no company around it. We built the brand, the site, and the software that runs it, and it keeps growing.
Read the full storyA rebuild is the biggest thing we do, so it gets the most honest pricing structure we have: start small, see the plan, and approve every line before it becomes work.
Where every rebuild starts.
Before we redesign anything, we find the money you already have: where it is quietly leaking, and where it is sitting untouched. For a rebuild this is not optional homework, it is the foundation the plan gets built on.
Model, offers, marketing, systems, software.
A rebuild is not one deliverable, it is a sequence: the model and offers first, then the positioning, then the site, the systems, and the software that run it. We scope it together, one line at a time, so you approve every number before it starts.
After the rebuild, the rhythm.
Once the new machine is running, this keeps it making money: monthly campaigns to your people, everything kept healthy, and a quarterly sit-down on what is next. 3-month minimum, then month to month.
This is the road Parenting the Spectrum took. A tutoring idea, rebuilt into a company with a brand, a site, and custom software, now hiring its first employee. Read how it went →
You are not paying for a slide deck. The strategy is attached to the hands that build it: the site, the systems, and the software. Advice you cannot execute is the most expensive thing you can buy, because it costs you the window.
Rebuilds are scoped in phases, and each phase is invoiced 50% on signed contract, 50% on delivery. You approve each phase before it starts, and you can stop at any phase with everything built so far in hand.
Every phase ends with something you own outright. If we stop after the model work, you keep the model work. No 12-month lock-ins, no sunk-cost hostage math.
