Services we sell, including the Growth Blueprint, website builds, and the Simply Dominant retainer, are governed by a separate signed statement of work or service agreement. The descriptions on this site are summaries; the SOW is the authoritative document for what you'll receive.
Intellectual property
All content on visiblelocal.co, copy, design, logo, images, code, is owned by Visible Local or licensed to it, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Don't copy, reproduce, or distribute it without permission.
Client work
When you sign an SOW with us, the work product (your site, your code, your content, your domain) becomes yours upon final payment, per the terms in your SOW. We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all the information will always be current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visible Local won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site.
